Requirements:

MEDICAL LIAISONS

Responsibilities:

  • Answering of benefits inquiries
  • Issuance of approvals for members
  • Member assistance
  • Confined patient visits
  • Scheduling of APEs and consultations of members
  • Processing of reimbursements
  • Provider communication/relations
  • Preparation and updating of relevant documents and files

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent allied medical course
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in HMO or related industry is an advantage
MEMBERSHIP ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Enrollment of members into HMO program
  • Perform other membership actions such as deletions, upgrades, transfers and corrections
  • Process membership ID cards
  • Prepare account masterlists
  • Encode members and providers in system and in QuickBooks
  • Compilation and endorsement of documents for billing

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a computer related or similar course on data processing or encoding
  • Must have attention to details
  • Must be able to work systematically, efficiently and in an orderly manner
ACCOUNTING OFFICER

Responsibilities:

  • Accounting and Finance Administration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 3-year experience
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of Statements of Account
  • Billing and Collection Monitoring

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience
  • Familiar with QuickBooks
ADMIN ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in office administration duties
  • Acts as Receptionist

Requirements:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Preferably with at least 1 year experience
  • With pleasing personality
